Construcción de indicadores de violencia contra la mujer. Conceptos, métodos y resultados

En este documento se han sistematizado los conocimientos, experiencias y buenas prácticas socializadas en el Foro Regional “Construcción de indicadores de violencia contra la mujer. Conceptos, métodos y resultados”, de manera que se conviertan en un insumo que oriente los esfuerzos de las personas que constituyen los diferentes actores en la implementación de un sistema nacional de datos de violencia contra las mujeres, que permita diseñar políticas basadas en evidencias. El foro se realizó con apoyo del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad Pública, y del Instituto Salvadoreño para el Desarrollo de la Mujer (ISDEMU), y se llevó a cabo del 22 al 23 de abril de 2015, con el propósito de generar un espacio de divulgación y aprendizaje sobre la recolección, construcción de indicadores, tratamiento y análisis de datos de violencia contra las mujeres, para entender mejor la situación de violencia, el contexto en que esta se presenta, los tipos y modalidades.
