DatAction is the UNDP InfoSegura Regional Project community of practice for the exchange of experiences and knowledge management to connect, spotlight and energize the work being undertaken by Country Offices, the Regional Hub, and our partners in governmental, academia and civil society organizations.
DatAction came about at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and so far has a run of 5 seasons and 58 episodes with over 2100 participants from more than 36 countries.

DatAction promotes various interaction mechanisms to consolidate and enhance knowledge management and the exchange of experiences, contributing to enhanced quality of evidence-based public policies on citizen security and justice.
DatAction – Webinar. Our well-known online or hybrid meeting space, promotes knowledge exchange, discussion and analysis of the state of citizen security, justice and social cohesion in the region and in the countries where Project implementation is taking place, with emphasis on presenting innovative solutions for security: https://www.youtube.com/@pnudinfoseguraregional718
DatAction – Exchanges. The online or offline meeting place is designed to consolidate the bilateral exchange of experiences and enhance knowledge transfer among the countries participating in the Project.
DatAction–Forum. This is a new in-person space for national and international in-person meetings and discussion, where participants can share experiences and achievements, as well as innovative solutions promoted by the Project that contribute to strengthening citizen security, justice and social cohesion.
