Esta infografía fue elaborada con datos del Sistema Nacional de Información de Violencia en contra de la Mujer - SNIVCM del INE para el año 2021, con el apoyo técnico del proyecto InfoSegura en Guatemala.  La finalidad de esta infografía es contar con información resumida de los principales hechos de violencia contra la mujer según la información que se recolecta de las distintas fuentes administrativas país.


Evidencia que durante el año 2021 al menos 63 de cada diez mil mujeres fueron agraviadas por femicidio y otras formas de violencia en contra de la mujer. Adicionalmente, el país reportó un promedio de 18 mujeres agraviadas de violación por día durante el 2021.
