Organizado por el Proyecto Regional PNUD Infosegura en alianza con USAID, el Foro Internacional sobre Soluciones innovadoras para fortalecer la seguridad ciudadana y el acceso a la justicia tuvo como objetivo abrir espacios para el intercambio de información y buenas prácticas para mejorar la seguridad ciudadana y el acceso a la justicia en América Central y República Dominicana; y la gobernanza efectiva en el contexto de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas para la Paz, Seguridad y Justicia. Entre los temas que se abordaron se incluyen soluciones innovadoras para reforzar el acceso a la justicia; el uso de las tecnologías en los procesos judiciales; la seguridad; y la prevención de la violencia entre las juventudes.
