Violence agaisnt women and girls throughout the life cycle in El Salvador 2021

The following infographic shows an analysis of violence against women differentiated throughout the life cycle for the year 2021 in El Salvador. It includes data on domestic violence, sexual violence, economic violence, patrimonial violence, femicides, missing person notices, child abuse and violence against the LGBTI+ population. This analysis was prepared by the UNDP Infosegura team based on international instruments and national legislation on violence against women for 2021 and with data from official sources in the country: Table for the determination of data and figures on homicides (2013- 2021), DIGESTYC, PNC-UAIP-188-2022 and FGR.
